We are a firm of Chartered Accountants based at Coimbatore with more than 35 years of standing in the profession. Having started the journey as a proprietary concern in 1984, our organisation is now a 75 member strong family rendering services to numerous clients across a wide range of sectors.

Management Team
Our team is headed by three partners, Mr. K. S. Palanisamy, Mr. V. Ramnath and Mr. P. Arvind Kumar who are supported by a ten member strong senior management team.
K. S. Palanisamy B.Com, FCA
He is the senior founding partner of the firm. A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with more than 35 years of standing in the profession, his expertise lies in the audits of corporates, consultancy and tax planning for corporates as well as non-corporates. With his vision and guidance, he has been instrumental in propelling the growth of the firm.
V. Ramnath B.Com, FCA
He is a founding partner of the firm, with an experience of over 20 years in the profession. His areas of specialization include corporate audits, direct tax consulting and transaction advisory services. He is a faculty for Direct Taxes at the Coimbatore Branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has authored numerous articles and also presented papers at various professional and business forums.
P. Arvind Kumar B.Com, ACA, CS
The youngest of the three partners, he joined the firm in 2013 and was elevated as a partner in 2020. He is the son
of Mr. K. S. Palanisamy, one of the founding partners. Having pursued his articles in the audit practice of B S R & Co. (member firm of KPMG) in Chennai, he has been instrumental in transforming the functioning of the firm through use of technology thereby enabling the team to operate virtually. His expertise lies in the corporate audits, indirect tax consultancy and transaction advisory services.
